Last weekend the "big event" took place: We drove all the way up to Chicago, where our new RV was waiting for us, had a hitch installed in the bed of our truck, and made it safely back home - a 2,000 miles trip, almost 5 days! The trip back towing our 36 ft monstrum was very eventful, to say the least, but more about that in our next blog, along with a few pictures. Only this much for now: We were on a very steep learning curve!
